We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Project Manager to join our fast‑paced engineering team. This position is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is looking to take their career to the next level. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a variety of construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are completed in a timely and cost‑effective manner.

This role requires a high level of expertise in roadway design, transportation engineering, project management, and the use of design software such as Micro Station and AutoCAD.

• Oversee all aspects of construction project management, from planning to implementation.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various technical personnel during all project phases.
• Review contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Manage and oversee the work of junior staff, providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards, and report issues.
• Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards.
• Develop and manage budget and financial plans for projects.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in project management roles within the construction industry, preferably with a focus on roadway design and transportation engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or Civil EIT certification is highly desirable.
• Proven experience with design software, including Micro Station and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
• Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
• Strong understanding of industry‑specific rules and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
