Overview
Cypress Bank & Trust was founded in 1996 as a Florida Chartered boutique corporate fiduciary and transitioned to a bank and trust company in August 2021. We operate four full-service offices in Florida with additional trust offices in Winter Haven and Naples. We provide trust, investment advisory, personal and commercial banking services to meet all client needs with personalized solutions.
Personal Banker – Responsibilities- Perform daily branch functions including client services, teller operations, vault duties, account opening/closing, night depository processing, mail and courier transactions.
- Assist clients with online banking products such as Remote Deposit Capture, wire transfer and ACH origination support.
- Provide training and support to less experienced bankers and other staff.
- Participate in referral program to promote branch deposit and loan growth.
- Ensure branch compliance with BSA/AML OFAC programs, bank policies, and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent with at least two years of related experience.
- Computer skills:
Microsoft Office; CSI NuPoint Core System and complementary products.
