POSITION TITLE: Housekeeper

JOB SUMMARY: Performs routine cleaning and other duties in the Clubhouse, golf locker rooms, cart barn, tennis locker rooms, Pro Shop, Nautilus Fitness Center, pool, Cabana, course restrooms, and shelters.

Work Performed:

• Maintains cleanliness of all bathroom and shower areas (all fixtures, shower walls and other tile walls), disinfects all sinks, toilets, urinals, telephones, and floors; polishes all brass, empties all waste containers and restocks amenities when needed.
• Maintains all member areas throughout the property; vacuums and cleans all carpeting; cleans mirrors, windows, and walls; dusts furniture, doors, baseboards, and light fixtures; polishes lounge floor and wood floor; empties waste baskets.
• Cleans administrative offices and all non‑member areas; dusts and polishes all counters, cabinets, desks, and file cabinets; washes all windows sills and blinds.
• Performs any errands as needed, including towel pick‑up and delivery, and trash pick‑up and disposal.
• Responsible for pressure washing kitchen floor each week; when possible, pressure washes all outside areas—sidewalks, course bathrooms, and shelters.
• Performs other duties as required by supervisor, assistant club manager, and the general manager.

Requirements

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

• May be required to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Requires occasional bending, reaching, and stretching.
• May be required to work in heat and sun for prolonged periods of time.
• May be required to climb ladders of up to 8 feet.
