With its Corporate Headquarters located in Central Florida, DSI Management, LLC specializes in the management of communities for the elderly, residential and community training programs for the developmentally disabled, and a full range of healthcare services to individuals in their homes.

As a member of our staff, you will be providing vital administrative support to one of our many partners throughout Florida.

Purpose:

The IT Coordinator ensures the efficient operation of company technology by troubleshooting issues, providing first-level support, managing hardware and software, and overseeing user accounts and phone systems. The role includes maintaining equipment inventory, ordering supplies, and assisting with system maintenance to keep operations running effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to netbooks, desktops, laptops, printers, and software across all company locations.
  • Coordinate ticket creation and follow-up with EDS for unresolved issues.
  • Maintain inventory of netbooks, laptops, and related equipment using serial/tag numbers.
  • Set up new users in Webpoc, Interlink, and assist with password reset.
  • Train new team members on Windows logins, email setup, and the use of Traverse.
  • Order and manage IT equipment and office supplies, including monitors, keyboards, mice, and copy paper.
  • Collaborate with EDS to set up new and reused laptops.
  • Replace damaged or broken IT equipment, including monitors, keyboards, and mice.
  • Manage company phone systems, including local lines, conference call codes, mobile phones, and extension updates.
  • Process and track tickets related to phone systems and internet service outages, review and track billing for phone and internet services.

Required Qualification:

  • Associates Degree required.
  • Two years prior computer experience troubleshooting netbooks, desktops, laptops and printers required.
  • Must be able to deliver technical solutions and support through phone, email or in-person.
  • Must possess good organizational skills and be quick to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Three-year’s prior computer experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of networking, hardware and remote support tools preferred.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$25.00 Hourly
