As the Team Leader, you are the CEO of the Market Center—leading recruitment, retention, coaching, and profitability for the brokerage. You will partner with our Operating Principal to cast vision, empower agents to grow their businesses, and lead with integrity and accountability. • Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent (both experienced and new agents)
• Lead weekly support team huddles, weekly agent coaching sessions, and monthly training initiatives
• Coach agents to higher productivity through proven models and systems
• Drive growth in agent count, profitability, and culture
• Lead key market center operations in partnership with the leadership staff
• Champion the Keller Williams values, mission, and belief system

• An active Florida Real Estate License is required
• 3+ years in real estate sales, leadership, or brokerage management preferred
• Track record of leadership, team building, or sales success
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Business-minded with an ability to analyze numbers, models, and metrics
• Passion for teaching, coaching, and inspiring others
• Familiarity with Keller Williams models and systems is a plus

$60,000 yearly
