Direct Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a Field Marketing Assistant (Entry Level) to join our team and contribute to the planning and execution of field marketing and consumer interaction initiatives. As a Marketing Assistant, you will contribute to understanding the marketing mix and use market research and consumer behavior analysis to support sales strategies. Through hands-on training, you will develop and implement impactful marketing campaigns to help achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities- In-person fieldwork with direct consumers to drive marketing and sales numbers
- Engage directly with consumers in person
- Gather and analyze consumer behavior data
- Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, such as conversion rates
- Assist with organizing promotional events
- Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
- Prepare regular sales forecasting reports
- Monitor competitors’ marketing activities
- Professional demeanor and articulate in conversation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
- Willingness to work full-time and be within commutable distance to Houston
