Base Pay: $55,000–$60,000 per year (depending on experience)

This position supports MICROJIG, a company known for innovation in the woodworking tools industry. The role is based at their Winter Park headquarters and touches multiple departments—marketing, sales, customer service, and administration. You'll be the go-to for keeping things organized and running smoothly, from managing the CEO’s schedule to assisting with marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
How You Will Do It In-House Coordination- Manage cross‑functional workflows and assist leadership with scheduling, travel, and internal projects.
- Maintain shared files, calendars, and process documents.
- Coordinate social media and influencer outreach.
- Assist with content creation, events, campaigns, and performance tracking.
- Update store locator, support lead research, and CRM data maintenance.
- Respond to service inquiries.
- Support initiatives that build brand connection and community.

Requirements What You Bring- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- 1+ years of relevant marketing experience (internships welcome).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
