• Five or more years’ experience working in a clinical area OR if experience is not 5 years, the team member must come with a recommendation from an internal provider or nurse.
• Must hold one of the following:
• Master’s Nurse Practitioner or master’s Physician Assistant strongly preferred (bachelor’s required)
• Doctorate Nurse Practitioner
• Must have a clear and active license for the state in which you will be practicing.
• Must hold an active DEA license.
• Active PALS and ACLS certification
• Must be successfully credentialed within each facility you will be performing shifts.
• Must be able to successfully pass a Level 2 background screen and drug test.
• Able to perform the duties expected for an active role in a busy medical environment (standing, walking, teaching, public speaking, pulling, pushing, lifting, etc.)
• Able to stand and work up to a 12-hour shift in the facility.
• Legibly write English, clearly speak English, and proficiently read English.
• Bilingual preferred
