Registered Nurse (RN), here is a big-picture view of what you will do:

• Supervise staff and operations in the absence of the Director of Nursing (DON) to ensure smooth and effective care delivery
• Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet both regulatory requirements and resident needs at all times
• Assess residents' medical needs and ensure appropriate care, services, and timely communication with physicians and families
• Administer medications and treatments accurately, document actions, and follow all physician orders precisely
• Respond promptly to emergencies and medical service requests, documenting any changes in resident condition

A few must-haves for Registered Nurses:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in Florida
• Minimum of 1200 hours of RN experience or completion of preceptor program
• Valid CPR certification
• Valid Driver’s License and proof of valid auto insurance
