Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner
Job Location: Winter Park, FL 32789
Job Duration: 6+ Months (Possible conversion to Full Time)
Shift: M-F 8:30am-7:30pm, Sat 9am-5:30pm, Sun 9am-4:30pm (3 weekdays and every other weekend)
Summary:
- Must be willing to float to nearby locations.
- Deliver defined patient care services in a retail clinic environment.
- Provide holistic, evidenced-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for patients aged 18 months and above.
Experience: 1+ year of professional experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Education: Completion of a Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program, current National Board Certification, and valid State license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse.
