Full‑time, Three (3) 12‑hour shifts per week. Days, 7:00 am – 7:00 pm (with weekend rotation).

Unit HighlightsThe Intensive Care Unit is a 20‑bed private bed unit caring for a wide array of medical and surgical high‑acuity patients.
The unit includes state‑of‑the‑art equipment and is equipped with ARJO/ceiling lifts, bike, and ocular – including in our bariatric suites.
Be a part of a strong, multi‑disciplinary team with on‑site Intensivist coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Our team of highly engaged nurses with dedicated preceptors love to teach eager new nurses.
We believe in teamwork and are a cohesive team consisting multiple disciplines. All who work together to create an environment where comprehensive whole body health care is provided to all patients and families. You will be an active member of this amazing multifaceted team.
- Assesses and interprets diagnostic data relative to patient age and condition, including lab results, non‑invasive monitoring data, and interdisciplinary team notes.
- Makes appropriate decisions and implements interventions based on nursing diagnoses according to patients' actual or potential health conditions or needs.
- Sets measurable and achievable short and long‑range goals for patients, developing and implementing individualized plans of care.
- Prioritizes and completes follow‑up assessments, evaluating and modifying plans of care as needed.
- Completes timely assessments including physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors, including signs of abuse or neglect.
- Associate's of Nursing (Required)
- Bachelor's of Nursing
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
- Basic Life Support – CPR Certificate (BLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certificate (PALS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
- Registered Nurse (RN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
