• Conduct comprehensive assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, regularly evaluating and revising them.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately, following protocols and monitoring for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self‑care strategies.
• Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care.
