Job DescriptionShift: Monday–Friday 7:30 am‑4:30 pm
- Documents and reports procedures and assessments in accordance with department policy.
- Obtains nursing history and evaluates patient behavior and motor skills.
- Completes admission assessments and assesses for signs of abuse or neglect.
- Interprets diagnostic data and develops individualized care plans.
- Verifies physician orders and performs treatments.
Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of Nursing, Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range$32.76 – $57.47
