RENT PROSPER is Hiring a Leasing Professional!

Location: 349 Scottsdale Square, Winter Park, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20–$23/hour + Monthly Commissions
Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview

Rent Prosper is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join our on-site team at a 150-unit multifamily community in the busy Semoran/University Blvd area of Winter Park, FL.
This is a high-demand leasing environment where strong closers thrive.

We’re looking for a people-oriented professional who brings initiative, excellent communication, and a commitment to 5-star resident service. If you enjoy creating exceptional resident experiences while maximizing occupancy—this is the role for you.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all leasing operations, including leads, tours, applications, and renewals
  • Consistently follow up with prospects to convert leads into residents
  • Support marketing initiatives to improve occupancy and resident retention
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and address tenant inquiries on-site
  • Coordinate move-ins/outs, inspections, work orders, and unit turns
  • Maintain accurate documentation in property management systems
  • Collaborate with Property Manager, Regional Manager, and Maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and all housing regulations
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and organized office environment
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of leasing experience in multifamily/apartment communities
  • Experience working at properties with 100+ units
  • 3+ years using property management systems (Yardi, One Site, etc.)
  • Experience with lead management tools (Rent Cafe, Knock, etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and housing operations regulations
  • Organizational excellence and strong attention to detail
