The position is at Interlachen Country Club, a renovated indoor/outdoor casual dining facility located in Winter Park, FL. It offers a fun and casual atmosphere for members, families, and guests.

Overview

Full‑time line cook position in the Pool Kitchen & Bar.

Summary

As a member of the Pool Kitchen Culinary Team, you will set up and maintain your work station for lunch and/or dinner service. Line cooks will work as a team with each other, as well as with servers and supervisors to ensure all orders are accurate and prepared in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
  • Preps and stocks all items needed to assemble regular menu selections in addition to the weekly Pool Kitchen specials.
  • Uses standardized recipes and presentation photos as guidelines to prepare Pool Kitchen menu items and specials.
  • Cross‑trains on all Pool Kitchen stations:
    Pantry, Grill, Flat, Pizza, and Prep.
  • Labels and stocks all ingredients on shelves so they can always be organized and easily accessible.
  • Maintains cleanliness of coolers, countertops, fryer, grill, and char‑broiler on a daily basis; performs utility duties when a utility staff member is not scheduled.
  • Conducts self in a proper manner due to open nature of the kitchen.

Requirements
  • Availability:
    Must be flexible and able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical/Mental Requirements:
    May be required to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; requires occasional bending, lifting, stretching; must be able to stand for extended periods; ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
