• Delight guests with perfectly prepared dishes
• Passionately prepare food products, including all meats, poultry, and seafood, according to recipes, techniques, and procedures
• Assist the side cook and other kitchen personnel with food preparation
• Ensure guests have a superior dining experience by correctly timing and preparing all food products
• Be a team player and maintain high attention to detail

One to two years of culinary experience, including grill and cold prep, preferred. Experience as a side cook and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
