What You’ll Do

Operate like a territory CEO: develop your customer base, create opportunities and drive serious revenue. Build your own pipeline while expanding an existing book of business in a high‑demand industry.

Your Mission
  • Own and grow your territory in Florida
  • Hunt down new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts
  • Develop strong relationships with insulation contractors, distributors and industrial clients
  • Deliver product demos and offer expert technical support
  • Represent AFCAT at trade shows, networking events, and client site visits
  • Collaborate with inside sales and customer service—while leading the field

What You Bring
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience (construction or industrial supply preferred).
  • A proven track record of developing new business and growing existing accounts.
  • Comfortable with up to 6 nights of overnight stays across your territory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
  • Self‑motivated, driven and comfortable working independently.
  • Familiarity with insulation, construction or industrial distribution is a strong advantage.
