Job Summary:

• Provide basic aging-in-place maintenance skills for residents and businesses in Winter Park and the surrounding area.
• Sell work and produce it with great satisfaction.
• Effectively communicate with clients and suppliers.

Job Requirements

• Great customer service and client relations
• Material management
• A readiness to learn new skills
• Must have current driver's license and insurance
• Must have basic tools, decent vehicle capable of carrying small materials, tools, and a six-foot ladder.
• Experience in basic residential maintenance and aging-in-place (replacing air filters, light bulbs, doorknobs, etc.)
• Must have a smartphone and access to the Internet
• Must be able to pass a background check
