• Drive to multiple customer homes daily to diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves.
• Deliver excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations consistently.

• Maintain a well‑organized, clean company truck and manage parts efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or general education degree.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing and repair tools.
• Preferred experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances.
• Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
• Can use smartphone for part ordering.
• Successfully pass a background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license for the state(s) in which you work.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.
• Ability to work variable and flexible hours, including required overtime.
• Reading, understanding, and applying technical written text.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 lbs frequently, 50 lbs occasionally, and 100 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to reach, bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, stoop, climb, and crawl as required.
• Ability to drive an automatic transmission vehicle.
