- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or general education degree.
- EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing and repair tools.
- Preferred experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances.
- Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
- Can use smartphone for part ordering.
- Successfully pass a background and drug screen.
- Valid driver’s license for the state(s) in which you work.
- Ability to travel up to 100%.
- Ability to work variable and flexible hours, including required overtime.
- Reading, understanding, and applying technical written text.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 lbs frequently, 50 lbs occasionally, and 100 lbs occasionally.
- Ability to reach, bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, stoop, climb, and crawl as required.
- Ability to drive an automatic transmission vehicle.
1–2 Years Experience
