Job Description

• Performs essential repairs and other duties as requested.
• Assists in tests, maintenance, and repairs of mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and physical structures as scheduled or needed under direct supervision. Responds to in‑house work orders and preventive maintenance tasks on a daily basis and in a timely manner.
• Responds to emergency calls and takes call in accordance with facility needs. Maintains complete and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs.
• Assists in operation and general maintenance of painting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, locksmith, and alarm systems.

Qualification Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent (Required)
• Driver's License (DL) – EV Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range $19.22 – $35.75
