Job Summary:

• Perform small residential and light commercial repairs and remodeling
• Serve residential and light commercial clients
• Provide excellent customer service and trade skills
• Prepare and present project proposals
• Complete approved projects to the satisfaction of customers and yourself

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least three trade skills (carpentry, drywall, flooring, general handyman, construction, building maintenance)
• Effective problem-solving skills to exceed homeowner expectations
• Provide your own tools
• Collaborate with other skilled craftsmen
• Attention to detail and a commitment to job completion
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Valid Driver's License and I-9 documentation
• Reliable personal work vehicle
• Self-directed with minimal supervision
• Pass a criminal background check
