Responsibilities:

The Remodeler carries out structural alterations to an existing building, both in a residential and light commercial setting. Some of the jobs we do are:

Drywall repairs and texture to match

Finish carpentry – doors, windows, trim, baseboards, molding

Exterior repairs – fascia, siding, soffits, fencing, porches, patios, decks

Screens – screen repairs, screen porch build outs, screen porch conversions

Bathroom and kitchen remodels

Flooring – wood, vinyl, laminate, and tile

General handyman, construction and punch lists

Requirements:

Current Driver's License and Insurance

Submit to a background check and provide references

Own tools and a work vehicle

Smart phone and access to the internet

Experience of 7+ years in remodeling or home repair trades (3-6 trade skills)

Excellent customer service and sales skills

Estimating experience preferred but we will train the right person
