Address: 349 Scottsdale Square, Winter Park, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $25–$27 per hour
Employment Type: Full Time

RENT Prosper is seeking a skilled Maintenance / HVAC Technician to join our team at Winter Park Woods
, a 150-unit condominium community in the Orlando area. This role focuses on resident work orders
, unit turnovers
, and HVAC troubleshooting on older residential systems.

This is an on-site position with rare, emergency-only on-call hours
. No exterior/grounds work is required.
We’re looking for a dependable, skilled technician with strong HVAC experience and a passion for quality repairs and great service.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair 10+ year-old residential HVAC systems
• Replace/install coils, compressors, air handlers, drain lines, Freon, and related components
• Repair, replace, or install major household appliances (stoves, fridges, washers/dryers, microwaves)
• Perform plumbing repairs
  : sinks, toilets, valves, garbage disposals, water heaters
• Complete basic electrical work
  : fixtures, fans, switches, receptacles, and appliances
• Execute unit turnovers (make readies): inspections, scopes of work, repairs, and preparation for move-in
• Log tasks, photos, materials, and time entries in the property management system (Yardi, Rent Cafe, etc.)
• Prioritize and manage daily work orders professionally
• Maintain accurate records, receipts, and weekly reporting

• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable with pre-employment background screening
• 5+ years of maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, make readies)
• 5+ years of residential HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and full system installs
• EPA Certification

• Experience in condos, scattered-site rentals, or single-family rentals
