• Conduct daily equipment inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Operate and maneuver the crane with precision, following supervisor instructions and safety protocols.
• Lift, move, and place heavy loads accurately while coordinating with ground crew.
• Interpret blueprints, construction plans, and load charts to guide crane operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain accurate operation logs and report any equipment malfunctions.

• 5+ years of crane operating experience.
• CDL license and NCCO certification for small and large helicopter swing cab applications.
• TLL certification required; LAT and TSS certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency with crane control systems and CAD software.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, excellent hand‑eye coordination, and physical stamina.
• Fluent in English.
