The Associate Optometrist delivers optometric care, ensuring all patients receive the highest quality service while collaborating with Store Managers, the regional team, and peers.

• Ensure executional excellence in partnership with store leadership.
• Demonstrate commitment to exceed KPI results.

• Operate as a stakeholder to all leaders within the organization and local market.
• Place patients first and deliver excellent service.

• Explain eye exam steps and key visual health aspects.
• Use visual aids to ensure understanding.
• Communicate necessity of annual exams and schedule appointments.
• Provide services in accordance with protocol.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Establish a positive doctor‑patient relationship.
• Leverage technology for exceptional patient experiences.
• Maintain office systems and state licensure in good standing.
• Provide training and guidance to team members.
• Deliver clear, motivating feedback promptly.
