Die Vistoria Group sucht in Winterthur eine/n Immobilienbuchhalter/in (100%, sofort oder nach Vereinbarung) zur Verwaltung der Buchhaltung von Mietliegenschaften. Sie erstellen Nebenkostenabrechnungen, Mahn- und Inkassowesen und bereiten Quartals- sowie Jahresabschlüsse vor.
Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Immobilienbuchhaltung und idealerweise Weiterbildung im Finanz- & Rechnungswesen.
