The professional guardianship is responsible for managing official measures in adult protection law as well as for personal assistance under the Social Assistance Act (excluding financial social assistance). Would you like to actively support a professional guardian in their work in tandem from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement?

• Managing client accounting (including payment transactions and budgeting)
• Evaluating and asserting social and private insurance claims
• Maintaining electronic files
• Handling correspondence
• Taking on general secretarial duties (telephone calls, mail processing, reception, etc.)

• Commercial training (EFZ) mandatory
• Further training in social insurance law or relevant professional experience in this field
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office and ideally KLIB
• Communicative, resilient personality who values collaboration in a collegial team and working in an organisation undergoing change
