AXA Schweiz in Winterthur sucht Unterstützung im Customer Operations-Bereich. Sie bearbeiten eigenständig Inkasso-, Abrechnung- und Auszahlungsprozesse im Schaden- und Leistungsfall und arbeiten eng mit Schadenabteilung, CRM und Buchhaltung zusammen.
Wir erwarten eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Lehre, 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst oder Kundenservice in der Versicherungsbranche sowie sehr gute Französisch- und Deutschkenntnisse.
