Universal-Job sucht eine/n Serviceberater/in im Raum Zürich/Winterthur, der/die Kunden von der Termin-koordination bis zur Fahrzeugübergabe betreut und persönlichen Kontakt pflegt.
Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Verkaufsteam zusammen, bilden die Schnittstelle zwischen Werkstatt und Kundschaft, erstellen Offerten gemäß Auftrag und wickeln Aufträge professionell ab. Vorteilhafte Fremdsprachenkenntnisse und gute PC-Kenntnisse sind willkommen.
