Ziel ist es, die nächste Generation von Fach- und Führungskräften auszubilden. Die Position umfasst das Unterrichten in Bachelor-Modulen sowie die Akquirierung von Forschungsprojekten. Kandidaten sollten über einen Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, didaktische Qualifikationen und Unterrichtserfahrung verfügen. Zudem sind sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch erforderlich.
