Lehrjahr aus, betreuen Schnupperlernende und entwickeln die Ausbildungsinhalte im Konstruktionsbereich kontinuierlich weiter. Freude an Wissensvermittlung, Didaktik und Teamarbeit sind gefragt. Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Konstrukteur:in EFZ mit, besitzen CAD-Kenntnisse (bevorzugt Siemens NX) und handeln
