Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für die Lernenden in der Grundausbildung und erhalten die Möglichkeit, Erfahrungen in der Ausbildung junger Menschen zu sammeln.
In dieser vielseitigen Funktion vermitteln Sie fachliche und überfachliche Kompetenzen und unterstützen Lernende auf dem Weg zu einem erfolgreichen Einstieg in die Berufswelt.
