Global Customer Service Engineer

Your profile

• Technical education in electronics, mechatronics, automation, or similar
• Strong, hands‑on PLC/SPS experience – commissioning, programming, and optimization (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Rockwell, Beckhoff)
• Experience in service or customer support within an industrial environment (automation, coating, or surface treatment preferred)
• Structured, precise, and solution‑oriented working style
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to improvise under pressure
• High service mindset, flexibility, and resilience
• Ability to collaborate closely with customers and regional service partners
• Team player working across Service, Sales, and R&D
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally (30-60%)
• Valid driver’s license

• Commissioning of coatmaster systems and PLC‑controlled automation worldwide
• Preventive and corrective maintenance (on‑site and remote)
• Calibration, repair, and system optimization in‑house and at customer sites
• PLC testing, programming, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Customer training and technical product demonstrations
• Application testing, qualification, and development
• Technical troubleshooting in close collaboration with customers, R&D, and integration teams
• Active contribution to integration projects and continuous process improvement
