• Advise, instruct, and train marine engineers (own or partners) for given tasks.
• Identify and resolve issues using diagnostic tools and technical expertise.
• Maintain accurate records of field activities, including service and working reports, maintenance logs and observations for further reference and compliance; ensure an economic use of resources.
• Ensure correct recording of hours, project controlling (expenditure and income) and forwarding of data for invoicing.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements during all field activities, implementing best practices to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with company standards.
• Support effective management of field service projects and coordination with teams.

• Higher education degree (Bachelor’s degree, Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering) with sound experience as a Service Engineer or Commissioning Engineer.
• Experience with 2‑stroke engine service & operation including automation system & electronics.
• Strengths in troubleshooting/ measurements on board and/or high complexity work such as software update and onboard tuning related tasks.
• Self‑driven and self‑critical working behaviour with the target of continuous improvement.
• Knowledge in MS Office applications.
• Fluent in English; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
