WinGD is looking for a
Warranty ManagerStarting Date: 01.03.2026 or to be discussed
Key responsabilities- Responsible for Warranty related communication with customers to plan and settle the claims:
Coordinate boarding the ship, spare parts, work execution, reporting and finances. - Be theprimarytechnical contact for the Vessels owneras well as ourWinGDspecialists
- Follow-up ongoing warranty claims in coordination with global and local warranty team.
- Remote troubleshooting & technical communication with ship-owner and WinGD specialists.
- Prepare commercial quotation for warranty tasks when requested
- Attend and prepare (technical & financial summary and facts) for periodical settlement meetings with licensees.
- Co-ordinate internal or other service partners to plan and execute warranty repairs or modifications.
- Maintain good customer relationships with licensees, shipyards, and ship-owners
- Customer in focus:
Customers are ship operators/owners and engine builders
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the marine engine or similar businesses
- Knowledge of two-stroke crosshead diesel engine technology, including maintenance and/or operation, is considered an advantage.
- Great negotiation and communication skills, Ability to deal with people of different cultural background
- Proficient in Greek, Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS office Applications
