We are looking for a sympathetic, proactive person who likes to take on the varied tasks in our experienced team on his own and who keeps an overview even in hectic times.
Your Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related field
- At least 7 years of experience in OT/ICS development or industrial automation
- Proven experience in leading OT projects and teams
- In-depth knowledge of PLC and IPC based development projects:
Experience in industrial environments (automation, mechanical engineering, robotics) and in machine and personal security, solid knowledge of software development with C and C++, Knowledge of embedded Linux,
Experience with field bus protocols (Ether
CAT, CANopen etc.), Knowledge of CI/CD processes and Dev Ops tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops) - Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive results
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication for technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities
- Deep understanding of risks and mitigation strategies in OT environments
- Fluent in German and English
