• Management of the Surveying Department with 10 employees and 4 apprentices
• Participation in the management of the Geomatics and Surveying Office
• Support and assistance to employees with daily challenges
• Active shaping and further development of digital transformation processes in the field of surveying
• Coordination and collaboration with other municipal departments and external stakeholders
• Promotion of the personal development of employees

• Training as a Geomatics Engineer (B.Sc/M.Sc) or Geomatics Technician FA
• Extensive expertise and professional experience in official surveying, construction and engineering surveying as well as modern measurement and evaluation methods
• Leadership experience and enjoyment in working with teams and the ability to support people and achieve common goals
• Strong communication and organisational skills
