Your responsibilities

Developingthedesignofnewcathetersfromconceptiontocompleteproduct.
Collaboratingwithcrossfunctionalteammembersthroughoutproductdevelopmentphasestoensureprogramsuccess.
Supportingchangeactivitiesinexistingproductlifecycles.
Making data-drivendecisionsusingappropriateanalyticalandstatisticalmethodologies.
Performingrootcauseanalysisofnewandexistingproductsandprocesses

Job requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’sdegreein

Mechanicalor Biomedical Engineering .
5+yearsofexperienceinproduct/processR&Dinthemedicaldeviceindustry,experiencewithbuilding catheter sand/orangioplastycathetersisanadvantage.
Hands-onproblemsolvingattitude.
Proficiency in Fusion –an advantage.
Experienceworkingwithmetals/polymersandvariousmanufacturingmethodssuchaslaserwelding,CNC machining,andsurfacefinishesandmedicalcoatingtechnologies.
Swissworkpermit/Europeancitizenshipisamust.
