Die Rolle umfasst Pflege und Betreuung von Klienten, Dokumentation der Pflegeleistungen und die Mitarbeit bei Qualitätsstandards. Voraussetzung sind ein EFZ-Abschluss in Gesundheit oder Betreuung sowie EDV-Kenntnisse. Mobilität und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise sind wichtig.
