Die ipw sucht eine/n Pflegefachfrau HF/FH (80–100%) zur Hometreatment-Betreuung in Winterthur. Sie versorgen akutpsychiatrische Patientinnen und Patienten vor, während und nach einem stationären Aufenthalt, führen Falldokumentationen und Versicherungsberichte durch.
Sie arbeiten im Behandlungsteam, gestalten das Projekt Hometreatment aktiv mit und fördern das Angebot durch Eigeninitiative. Abschluss HF/FH, Teamfähigkeit, Deutschkenntnisse und SRK-Anerkennung bei ausländischen Diplomen sind
