Stiftung andante Winterthur sucht eine FaBe oder FaGe als Mitarbeiter:in Nachtbereitschaft (40 %) zur Begleitung der Nachtwache in der Wohn- und Tagesstruktur für erwachsene Menschen mit Hirnverletzung.
Sie arbeiten von 21:30 Uhr bis 06:45 Uhr mit Bereitschaftsdienst, übernehmen pflegerische Tätigkeiten, Medikamentenabgabe und Übergaben. Bezugspersonal erwartet eine eigenverantwortliche, achtsame Arbeitsweise.
