What

You Can Expect

In this role you will work closely with the Human Resources Manager in personnel administration, recruitment, development and management, as well as further training and development and project work. The role requires meticulous work in accordance with established processes and task areas. You will ensure the optimal running of personnel administration in compliance with the defined quality requirements in terms of human resources procedures, current regional legislation (Swiss Civil Code, Code of Obligations and Employment Law) and applicable international laws.

You will work confidentially in compliance with data protection aspects and requirements (Data Protection Act/DPA).

How You'll Create Impact
  • You will be assisting and supporting the HR team in all administrative work; being responsible for correct filing
  • You will be acting as the main point of information for administrative queries from subordinates and colleagues
  • You will be helping to deal with new members of staff or those who are leaving
  • You will be managing the workforce within the SAP HR module (new staff, leavers, keeping database up to date, including time-management system)
  • You will be issuing interim performance reports, leaver references and employment certificates as instructed by the manager
  • You will be delping with the organisation of staff events
  • You will be managing personnel files and keeping them up to date (SAP), general diary management, managing holidays and absences
  • You will be assisting with a range of human resources projects
  • You will be obtaining and renewing work permits for foreign employees, maintaining contacts with relevant offices and authorities
What Makes You Stand Out
  • Ideally you have experience working in an HR administration department in an international environment
  • Ideally you have good knowledge of the SAP HR module
  • You are proactive and have good communication skills
Your Background
  • You completed commercial vocational training
  • You are trained as 'Human Resources Assistant'
  • You are adept in the use of MS Office tools including Excel
  • Very good spoken and written English and German
