Are you looking to start or further build your career in HR Operations? Join our People & Culture team and become a trusted partner for employees and managers across the entire employee lifecycle. You will gain hands-on exposure to HR administration, SAP Success Factors, SAP HCM, process improvement and digital HR initiatives.

• Manage the full employee lifecycle service & operations.
• Maintain employee data in SAP HCM and Success Factors.
• Support employees and managers on HR operational and administrative topics.
• Co-join HR-Projects, such as implementing workflows or Lean Administration
• Contribute to HR process optimization, digitalization and continuous improvement.
• Support payroll-related activities and compliance processes, such as Internal Controls.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders.

• Experience in HR Administration, HR Operations or commercial roles with HR exposure.
• Interest in HR processes and systems such as SAP HCM and Success Factors.
• Strong attention to detail plus high accuracy and reliability.
• Structured and service-oriented mindset.
• Native German and strong English skills.
• HR-Fachausweis or willingness to further develop professionally.
