ResponsibilitiesThe Cybersecurity Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering cybersecurity-related initiatives for WinGD digital products, with a strong focus on WiCE and WiDE. The role ensures timely certification, compliant product releases, and effective support to licensees, while aligning internal stakeholders, external classification societies, and customers.
- Develop and maintain project execution plans for cybersecurity initiatives, including timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of cybersecurity requirements for WiCE and WiDE.
- Plan and coordinate cybersecurity certification activities with classification societies.
- Stakeholder & Interface Management:
Act as the primary interface between:- Internal teams (Product Management, Engineering, Automation & Control, Solution Engineering)
- External stakeholders (classification societies, customers, licensees)
- Licensee & Technical Support Coordination.
- Risk & Compliance Management:
Identify cybersecurity-related project risks and define mitigation measures. - Ensure adherence to WinGD governance, processes, and quality standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of cybersecurity project delivery processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications:
Relevant certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification are a plus. - 5+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, or a similar role, preferably in a customer-facing or technology-driven environment.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles (OT/IT, compliance, certification).
- Experience with certification processes and structured documentation.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, One Plan) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing project scopes.
- Experience with resource planning and risk assessment.
