Sie planen Unterhalt, führen zuverlässige Kontrollen durch und wirken als Ansprech Person für Mieter und Bewirtschaftung mit Fokus auf Betriebsfortführung. Deutsch sicher, Führerschein Klasse BB, Bereitschaft zum Pikettdienst.
