Manpower Group Switzerland sucht für Winterthur eine/n Technischen Hauswart/in (m/w/d) 80-100%. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören Inspektions-, Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten im Objektbereich, das Beauftragen externer Fachfirmen sowie regelmäßige Kontrollgänge.
Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich, bringen eine handwerkliche Grundausbildung mit und idealerweise eine eidgenössische Weiterbildung zum Hauswart mit. Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Führerausweis B und sichere PC-Anwendung runden das
