Theater Winterthur sucht ab Spielzeit 2028/29 eine künstlerisch profilierte Persönlichkeit, die den Charakter des Hauses prägt und neues Publikum gewinnt. Die Position ist 100% und Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung, mit Vorbereitung ab Sommer 2027.
Sie verantworten das kuratierte Programm, Budget und interne Kommunikation, arbeiten eng mit Technik, Marketing und Partnern zusammen und vertreten das Haus regional sowie international. Bewerbung bis 11. September 2026;
