Responsible Person; RP​/FvP

At Ophtapharm AG, we manufacture sterile ophthalmic medicines that are used by patients around the world. From our FDA- and EU-GMP-certified site near Winterthur, we develop, fill and package high-quality eye care products for international markets.

Quality, compliance and patient safety are at the heart of everything we do. As the independent quality authority for our manufacturing site, you will play a key role in quality-critical decisions and help shape the future direction of our quality organization and serve as a trusted partner to the leadership team.

• Act as the Responsible Person (RP/FvP) in accordance with Swiss regulatory requirements.
• Provide oversight of GMP compliance across our manufacturing operations.
• Assess quality-critical topics and support sound decisions that protect patients and product quality.
• Represent Ophtapharm during Swiss medic inspections and regulatory audits.
• Serve as a trusted partner who balances compliance, business needs and pragmatic solutions.

• MSc or PhD in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology or a related scientific discipline.
• Eligible to act as RP/FvP under Swiss regulatory requirements and recognized by Swiss medic.
• Swiss medic-recognized RP/FvP with experience in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
• Strong expertise in GMP, regulatory requirements and quality risk-based decision making.
• Fluent in English, German skills are an advantage.
