Soziale Dienste Winterthur sucht für das Programm Praxiseinsatz Erwachsene per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Coach:in Arbeitsintegration. Die befristete Stelle umfasst neun Monate und bietet sinnstiftende Aufgaben in einem motivierten Team.
Aufgaben:
Akquisition von Einsatzplätzen, Begleitung und Coaching der Stellensuchenden sowie Fallführung inkl. Berichte und Vereinbarungen;
Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachpersonen und externen Stellen (insbesondere RAV).
