Stadt Winterthur sucht eine engagierte sozialpädagogische Fachperson für ein einjähriges Pilotprojekt ab dem 1. Januar 2027. Ziel ist die Begleitung junger Erwachsener mit Fluchterfahrung zwischen 18 und 25 Jahren in einem neuen Angebot.
Sie arbeiten verantwortungsvoll, koordinieren mit Behörden und Bildungsinstitutionen, dokumentieren Fallführungen und tragen von Beginn an zur Entwicklung des Angebots bei. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich.
